REFUND POLICY

Merchandises sold are not refundable.

Return and exchanges are accepted on merchandise with the same or higher value within 7 days of the purchase receipt for domestic orders and 14 days for international orders.

Footwear returns and exchanges must include the original shoebox in its original condition and without postal labels. Damages to or omission of this box from your return/ exchange may result in a fee.

Promotional items are not applicable for exchange.

Repeated exchange is not permitted.
